Food Distribution Center

Since 2008 we have partnered with Larry & Judy Buist and the Buist Community Assistance Center and hand delivered the following:

1.1 million pounds of food valued at 2.3 million dollars.
1.5 million pounds of clothing and goods valued at 2.4 million dollars.
300 new appliances valued at $150,000.00.
250 truckloads and counting of food, clothing, appliances, and furniture have been delivered.

As of 2024, BCAC truck drivers have given countless hours of their time and driven approximately 300,000 miles and donated about 37,000 gallons of fuel to serve the Appalachian community.

Linefork Foursquare Gospel Church

The Dr Mary Bennett Foundation has partnered with the Linefork Foursquare Gospel Church for more than 50 years and is an integral part of the foundation’s campus.

Mission Teams

We have hosted thousands of teenagers and outreach groups and continue to serve as a home base for local mission teams to serve the Appalachian community.

Sonshine Children's Center

Our founder, Mary Bennett, adopted and fostered hundreds of abused and neglected children. Many of these children would have fallen through the cracks of society had she not opened her arms and obeyed the Lord. The Sonshine Children’s Center has been a cornerstone to this Appalachian community and continues to partner with local authorities as they advocate for children in need.
